FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What kind of sticker paper do you use?
All stickers are printed on premium matte sticker paper. Most pens can be used on the stickers as well as pencil.
How long is your processing time?
Your order will be sent within 1-3 business days. During sale periods my processing time will increase up to 1-3 weeks. Processing times can be found in the black bar on the top of website - please refer to this at the time of your order.
Orders are collected on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, if you are local to Baldivis, WA you can select PICK UP at checkout. Pick up is contact free - there is a collection table next to my front door.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it's been sent?
Orders within Australia will arrive in 3-10 business days. Overseas orders can take up to 4 weeks. Unfortunately postage times are out of my control. You'll get the shipping notification the day your order is processed.

Can I colour code my stickers?
Yes you can. Any stickers that come in RAINBOW/PASTEL options can be colour coded - such as mini icons, event labels etc. You can choose 1-3 colours per sheet. Leave a note at checkout stating the sticker and the colours you would like. If no colour selected RAINBOW is the default.
